Enjoyed my fine stay for three nights. The room was budget & big with big bathroom and a nice balcony, as example. The location was marvellous for me, close to everything. Plus, it was just off the beach and Mirissa and Parriot Rock Surf spots, restaurants and shops and the bars/restaurants in 1 minute and Parrot Rock and Mirissa Bay.

The water sports facilities at the hotel were incredible! I felt like I was part of an action movie as I went snorkeling and diving, exploring the underwater world. It was like being on a thrilling adventure with James Bond, but instead of chasing villains, I was chasing colorful fish!

The rooms at The Point Mirissa were cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back vibe that instantly put me at ease. The private bathroom, complete with a refreshing shower and free toiletries, added a touch of convenience to my stay. I especially loved the tile/marble flooring, which gave the room a charming and rustic feel. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the fan-cooled rooms, allowing me to maintain a cool and pleasant temperature throughout the night.
Honestly, the only thing I liked less about the room was the fan. It was a bit noisy for my liking, but I understand that others may not mind it at all.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel near the beach. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting with transportation. My room was comfortable and had hot water, which is a rare find in this area. Plus, I was able to book exciting activities like surfing and sailing right at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a cozy accommodation just off the beach. the location was perfect, as it was only a minute walk to the beautiful beach. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a fan that worked great. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. I had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent location and great service.
That the specific excursion company recommended by the hotel for whale watching was not the best option available.

The private bathroom was a lifesaver, with a refreshing shower and complimentary toiletries. The cool fan and the beautiful tile/marble flooring gave the rooms a cozy and comfortable feel. As someone who values privacy and cleanliness, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the fan-cooled rooms. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion.

The location is mind-blowing, just steps away from the beach and all the action! The staff are super friendly, they even invited us for a delicious traditional breakfast to celebrate New Year. The common space is jaw-dropping, perfect for relaxing. The laundry service is excellent. The owner, Ruwan, is amazing and organized scooter rentals and surfboards for us. The room was clean, comfy, and had great air conditioning. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place!
